If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
*We unfortunately do not offer refunds for the following:
- Used Items
- Items that are currently still in transit
How To Initiate A Return
Please contact email@example.com. In your email, include:
- Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
- The email address you used to complete your order
A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message within 24 hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).
Refund time for different payment methods
We will inform you after you apply a request for returning through an email. We will process your request within 1-2 business days. And we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, it will be refunded within 3-7 business days.

Our manufacturing facilities and warehouses are located in Asia. Orders usually take between 12-30 business days to arrive at their destination.

On extremely rare occasions, shipping will exceed 30 business days (especially during the US holiday season). If shipping exceeds 30 days, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help you track your order.
